Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Human Resources to lead our recruitment and talent acquisition efforts. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals, enhancing employee experience, and driving the growth of our teams. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on recruitment, talent acquisition, and general HR functions.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of top talent across various functions.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
• Oversee HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
• Implement and refine HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Support and guide managers in handling employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
• Develop HR strategies that align with business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
• Lead initiatives related to employee development, including training programs, career pathing, and leadership development.
• Prepare and present reports on HR activities, recruitment metrics, and employee engagement.
• Mentor and develop HR team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Lead by example in promoting a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Masters degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in human resources, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment tools.
