1. Appearing before various courts including High Courts, Session Courts, NM Courts, District Courts, etc. 2. Verifying and studying various documents, formulating of various agreements, self-correspondence, drafting of various letters, notices, affidavits, applications etc., co-ordinating with legal professionals/lawyers/Solicitor Firms/Counsels and Government officials for initiating and follow-up on legal procedures etc.. 3. Keeping the organization compliant with its legal obligations and aware of its legal risks. 4. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various commercial contracts and agreements. 5. Managing and mitigating legal risks by designing and implementing company policies and procedures. 6. Ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to the business. 7. Staying upto date with changes to legislation, particularly in relation to laws, rules and regulations that directly affect your business and specific industry.
