Tableau Developer - Power BI (5-8 yrs)

Required Skills :

Must-have : BI Developer + Tableau + FSS (Financial Services) experience.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports that provide meaningful insights for business stakeholders.

- Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business initiatives and ad hoc requests.

- Develop and implement data models that support analytical and visualization needs.

- Collaborate with product and business teams to understand requirements, gather feedback, and refine visualizations for maximum impact.

- Ensure data quality and consistency in all visualizations and reporting solutions.

- Communicate insights and analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, tailoring the message as appropriate.

- Analyze complex ecosystems of systems, operating models, and understand how they impact underlying data.

- Stay current with emerging data visualization and analytics trends to drive innovation within the team.

Qualifications and Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.

- Advanced degree is a plus.

- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, preferably within financial services, technology, or a related industry.

- Proven experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g , Tableau, Power BI, Pyramid).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of data analysis techniques and methods.

- Intellectual curiosity and a passion for continuous learning, with an eagerness to dive into complex data challenges.

- Proficiency in SQL and experience with at least one scripting language (e.g , Python, R) for data manipulation and analysis (in Snowflake, Databricks).

- Knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
