Job Description:

The role of the Customer Happiness Associate Specialist would encompass the following:

• Support sales activities in terms of managing customer visits and query handling
• Build a fun and energetic community amongst residents through engagements, events and activities as outlined by the Community Manager
• Ensure that your building is fully operational and processes are running efficiently.
• Drive growth and promotion of FF21 service offerings amongst the residents and prospective customers
• Content creation for Social Media involving residents

Specific functional role and responsibilities include:

Sales Support

• Manage the site visits at the building both physical and virtual for interested prospects
• Record feedback and next action steps post visit on Zoho CRM
• Be responsible for sales conversions from visits to bookings
• Deliver the FF21 experience during the site visits to improve sales conversions
• Assess if the prospect is the right fit for the community based on parameters established by the company and manage any queries related to the service offerings as requested by the interested prospects

Resident Engagement:

• Be the on-premise point of contact for residents, easily approachable across the common areas for residents interaction
• Deliver a warm onboarding and offboarding experience for residents based on the check-in / check-out schedules and process
• Understand resident related issues, encourage suggestions and feedback to improve overall living experience for the residents
• Answer any questions from residents related to the building including policies and procedures, community etiquette, etc.

Community Events and activities:

• Encourage ideas and suggestions from residents for community events and activities
• Work closely with the community manager to plan and create a calendar of events and budgets
• Promote and improve participation of residents in the various activities and events
• Report on feedback and participation metrics post event
• Provide relevant content as necessary which can be used in other promotional and sales related activities
• Content Creation with Residents for Social Media

.Building Operations and Management:

• Oversee the resident complaint resolution process
• Ensure overall aesthetics of the building is maintained
• Conduct periodic inspection of room and common area maintenance

KPIs for the role would be the following: Maintaining high customer satisfaction scores

• Number of prospect visits to bookings
• Feedback scores from the events - relevance, engagement, satisfaction
• Community event participation and resident feedback
• Complaint resolution metrics within prescribed SLAs

Skills Required:

1. Passion about meeting new people and forging relationships
2. Good interpersonal skills and interest to conduct and manage events
3. Comfortable and proficient with social media trends and engagement techniques
4. Inclination to sell and attention to details
5. Strong verbal and written communication and basic photography skills

Candidate Profile

○ Any graduate/post-graduate degree, preferably with an event background

○ 1-2 years of experience

○ Self Driven, young and energetic

○ Must be willing to live at the company provided accommodation
