Automation Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Take care of data collection equipment from machines and take care of data imported into the database system
• Proceed with creating a system to test and prepare the environment for creating a database system.
• Take care of Sensor, Controller equipment that are used with machines to be able to be used with M2M, M2DB communication systems
• Fixed bugs in M2M, M2DB communication related to production management.
• Maintain documents according to company standards.
• Preparing the storage system
• Machine-to-machine data communication (M2M)
• Data communication between machines and databases (M2DB)
• Able to create machine data communication systems
• SCADA systems can be used for data collection machine communication
• Prevent break down from using SCADA system less than 2% per year.
• Able to teach and work with the team regarding machine data communication.
• Cooperate and comply with safety and environmental regulations. As specified by the company, such as wearing personal protective equipment as specified by the company for each position.
