Areas of Responsibility:.
- Leading and focusing on orchestrating regular CCL workshops to generate new initiatives.
- Responsible for Project Initiation, timely and flawless execution of CCL projects (speed).
- Conduct VAVE, product benchmarking, and teardown workshop to identify potential cost saving improvements.
- Investigate alternative designs to maintain performance while reducing cost and weight.
- Establish costing models for key products and components to enable directional decision making thereby cost improvement.
- Prepares reports to illustrate and track cost improvement for all product groups and prepares relevant financial reports on results.
- This role will work closely with all departments within the organization (Engineering, Supply Chain, Modernization, Order Fulfillment, etc) to execute a portfolio of initiatives to drive continuous cost leadership across the products produced in the factory operations.
DESIRED COMPETENCIES/ SKILL SETS.
Desired Qualification : Bachelor in engineering/supply chain.
- Desired Experience in Years :- 12-15 years work experience and 3-4 of complex project management.
- Preferred hands on experience : Ability to work with cross-functional teams, experience in Operations, Material Management, Production Planning, and Logistics.
