Job Description: Assistant Manager - Bitumen Sales (ILDO/HDO)

Position Title: Assistant Manager - Bitumen Sales
Experience: 5 to 10 years in Bitumen Sales (preferably ILDO/HDO)
Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai
CTC: ₹4 to ₹6 Lakhs per annum

Role Overview:

The Assistant Manager - Bitumen Sales will be responsible for developing and managing sales operations for Bitumen products, specifically Industrial Light Diesel Oil (ILDO) and Heavy Diesel Oil (HDO). This role requires expertise in market analysis, client acquisition, and sales strategy implementation to achieve business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:
   
• Achieve sales targets for ILDO and HDO through effective sales strategies.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand market reach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and industrial clients.
2. Market Analysis and Strategy:
   
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
• Provide insights to refine and optimize sales strategies.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
   
• Foster long-term relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
4. Operational Coordination:
   
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in production planning to meet demand.
5. Reporting and Compliance:
   
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market intelligence data for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Compensation:

₹4 to ₹6 Lakhs per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
