Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Opportunity Identification:
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities across diverse industries, including Dairy,
Manufacturing, Defence, e-Governance, and more.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive
landscape.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and projects.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients, build relationships, and convert leads into business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and continued business.
- Understand client requirements and work with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet their business needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
Sales Strategy & Target Achievement:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Create detailed proposals, presentations, and pricing models for clients, ensuring that all aspects of the solution are covered.
- Monitor and track sales performance, ensuring that goals and KPIs are met consistently. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment in sales strategies and promotional efforts.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor the business development team, providing guidance and support in their daily activities and professional development.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including product, marketing, and technical teams to develop strategies that meet market demand.
- Encourage a collaborative and innovative environment within the team, fostering open communication and knowledge sharing.
Market and Industry Representation:
- Represent Shaurya Technosoft at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and networking meetings.
- Build the companys brand and network within key industry sectors, establishing Shaurya Technosoft as a thought leader and trusted partner.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to better position the company in the market.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights.
- Document client interactions, sales opportunities, and project status to ensure clear communication across teams.
Key Qualifications:
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the software or technology industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- Experience working with industries such as Dairy, Manufacturing, Defence, e-Governance, and others is highly preferred.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- An MBA or other relevant advanced qualifications is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels of an organization.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving business goals.
- Excellent understanding of the software development lifecycle, client requirements, and solution delivery processes.
- Ability to identify market trends, conduct research, and create strategic plans to drive business expansion.
- Strong networking abilities and experience in representing a company at industry events.
