Export Documentation Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and manage export documentation as per international regulations.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs for smooth export operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of export-related documents (Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Bill of Lading, etc.).
• Handle documentation for exports specifically to Europe, China, Thailand, and the US.
• Liaise with internal teams (sales, logistics, and finance) to ensure seamless documentation and shipment processes.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with export laws and regulations of the destination countries.
• Maintain and organise records of all export documents for audits and internal references.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in export documentation, preferably in the marine exports industry.
• Hands-on experience with documentation procedures for Europe, China, Thailand, and the US.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office and export-related software tools.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
