Telemarketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation:
  • Contact potential customers from provided lists or databases to introduce the companys products/services.
  • Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and determining their interest in the product/service.
  • Maintain a database of prospective clients, updating information as necessary.
• Sales and Promotion:
  • Present and promote products/services over the phone, highlighting their features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Address customer questions, objections, and concerns effectively, providing relevant information to close sales or generate interest.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct ongoing outreach to maintain and build relationships with potential customers.
• Appointment Setting:
  • Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure that meetings are set up in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Confirm appointments and ensure potential customers are well-prepared for discussions with the sales team.
• Reporting and Feedback:
  • Track daily calls, leads generated, and outcomes, providing regular reports to management.
  • Record customer interactions and details of conversations in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams on customer responses, market trends, and potential areas for product/service improvements.
