This is a Remote job for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing accounts, and communicating effectively with clients. The role is located in Noida with some flexibility for remote work.
Eligibility Criteria:
Fresher to 2 years of total knowledge and experience with IT Service Sales (Target chaser)
Knowledge about IT services - Web/Mobile application development, Digital Marketing Services
Should be an excellent communicator (verbal and written) skills and natural leadership skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
Comfortable with Espa ol English
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking, and outreach, to build a robust pipeline of prospects.
Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain meaningful relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and providing tailored solutions.
Sales: Effectively present and pitch our digital marketing, web development, app development and SEO services to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits they can gain from working with us.
Proposal Creation: Prepare detailed and compelling proposals, quotes, and presentations to prospective clients, addressing their specific requirements.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing to ensure win-win outcomes for both the client and Shashi Sales Marketing.
Closing Deals: Close sales deals and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Active involvement in project scoping, SLA compliance timely invoice collection
Handle company promotions social media communications, PR Press relationship
Travel, attend networking events client meetings.
