Manage the day-to-day operations of a body shop, including scheduling repairs, managing staff, and ensuring that repairs are completed on time and to a high standard
Develop and implement policies and procedures for the body shop, including safety and quality control standards
Develop and manage budgets for the body shop, including revenue and expense forecasts and performance metrics
Manage inventory and supplies for the body shop, including ordering and restocking parts and materials as needed
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure that the body shop is meeting their needs
Train and develop staff, including mechanics, technicians, and customer service representatives, to ensure that they are providing high-quality service to customers
Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback and coaching as needed
Maintain equipment and facilities for the body shop, including overseeing maintenance and repairs as needed
