Tele caller Executive

Role & responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided database.
• Present products or services over the phone and answer questions from potential customers.
• Maintain and update customer databases with complete and accurate information.
• Handle customer complaints or objections effectively and escalate when necessary.
• Obtain and record details of each interaction, including reactions to products or services offered.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Proven experience as a Tele calling Executive or similar role in sales or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persistent and results-oriented.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
