Role & responsibilities for Tours Executive (Packages)

• Manage domestic and international tours from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution of itineraries.
• Handle incoming calls and emails from clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving queries promptly.
• Handle travel request and approvals, ensuring adherence to the company's travel policy.
• Negotiate and Maintain relationships with other service provider.
• Prepare detailed itineraries for tours.
• Ensure all bookings are aligned with clients' travel itineraries, including accommodation, transport, and other travel-related services.

Role & responsibilities for Tours Executive (Hotels)

• Research, Compare and book hotels for corporate clients based on their preference, budget, and travel dates, ensuring the best rates and services.
• Communication with clients to understand their specific hotel requirements, preferences, and any special request.
• Maintain accurate records of hotel bookings, Client preferences, and payment details for future reference and billing purpose.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in travel coordination or hotel bookings, preferably in corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of hotel booking platforms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of team.
