Our state-of-the-art facility is owned and operated by four highly qualified doctors specializing in pathology and ultrasonography.

We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Laboratory Operations Manager to drive the efficiency and growth of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Smooth Operations: Coordinate daily activities across different labs within the organization.
• Inventory & Maintenance: Manage laboratory chemicals and equipment while liaising with suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
• Process Improvement: Enhance workflows using the ITDOSE Lab Management System.
• Productivity Reporting: Generate, analyze, and monitor lab productivity reports.
• System Champion: Act as the local expert for ITDOSE, ensuring its effective utilization.
• Management Reporting: Provide clear and insightful reports to the directors.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure overall efficient and effective laboratory functioning.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 5 to 10 years in managing or running a pathological lab.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with computer tools and the ITDOSE Lab Information Management System.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
• Educational Background: A degree in Science or an MBA.
