Role & responsibilities

• Identify patients before performing blood collection procedures.
• Screen and collect samples from patients, ensuring proper labeling and handling of specimens.
• Transport lab specimens responsibly to maintain integrity and quality.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient information, test results, and sample collections.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety protocols.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.sc Nursing graduate with 3+years of experience as a phlebotomist, ideally in clinical research organization.
• Strong knowledge of blood collection techniques, including venipuncture and capillary puncture methods.
