Assistant Manager - Payroll

Role & responsibilities

• Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders for payroll inputs & make sure same need to incorporate in payroll.
• Monitor salary structure for all employee as per labour compliance.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
• Checking of salary payment, vendor payment, Advances or loan payment.
• All Payroll MIS & Summary shared with respective team on time, also in process to implement MIS & Summary in HRIS, maintain dashboards and share the same with external stakeholders.
• Monitor salary revisions & Mid-year increments letters.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders for providing e-clearances for processing Full and final settlement and process accurate Full & Full settlement for exited employees.
• Releasing experience & relieving letter for eligible employees.
• Record management of exit cases and coordinate with HRBPs for anomalies.
• Manage and monitor employee's taxes effectively, also facilitate and manage the preparation and review of tax returns and timely filing of all tax forms.
• Provide support with various internal audits and special tax related projects.
• Arrange form 16, tax sheets & resolved queries related to same
• Checking & approving CTC related reimbursement in HRMS
• Prepare MIS and dashboard for all salary related reimbursements.
• Staffing vendor management - Ensure On time payment of salary & conveyance to offroll employee"

Graduation is a must

Relevant work experience of min 3 years
