Business Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:

• On-boarding new business partners
• Engaging with new clients visiting our website
• Proactive and prompt handling of new client queries and responding via chats, messages, emails, and calls
• Cold calling & emailing
• Engaging & maintaining existing business relationships with partners which will eventually help in generating more leads
• Accurately recording all lead and prospecting activities in the companys CRM system
• Proposing new ideas based on clients or associates feedback
• Assisting our associates in understanding our CRM and educate them on how to add leads, attending their general queries etc
• Remaining focused and goal-oriented

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred
• 2-3 years of prior business development experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Proficiency in English and Hindi
