Assistant/Technologist and System Administrator

Role Overview:

• Implement, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 E5, Dynamics 365, Azure IoT, and related tools.
• Provide technical support to employees.
• Train the workforce on using these tools effectively.

Key Skills Required:

Microsoft Ecosystem Expertise:

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 modules, and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate).
• Familiarity with Azure IoT for connecting and monitoring machines.
• Understanding of Microsoft Defender and Purview for security and compliance.

IT System Administration:

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and system configurations.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft tools and maintain uptime.

Textile Industry Familiarity (Preferred):

Understanding of spinning mill processes to align tools with operational requirements.

Training and Communication:

• Ability to train non-technical employees in simple terms.
• Good interpersonal skills to ensure smooth adoption of technology.
