POSITION Piping Design Engineer

ROLE SUMMARY • This is a full-time on-site role in Pune for a Piping Engineer. The Piping Engineer will be responsible for calculations, piping design, stress analysis, and other piping-related tasks. The Piping Engineer will work on projects related to minerals & metals, power, petrochemicals, and other industrial process plants on a global scale. Proficient in pressure drop and thickness calculations to do piping engineering.

KEY FUNCTIONAL ROLE:

• Expertise in piping materials selection and preparing piping material specifications.
• Experience in doing optimize pipe routing, stress analysis, and preparation of supports drawings.
• Experience in preparation and review of Piping P&IDs, Piping Layout drawing, Isometric Drawings, MTO, Vendor offer review.
• Knowledge of international piping codes and standards
• He will be single point of contact for Engineering, PMG and Site peoples for any piping related issues.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills & team player.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
1) Essential Qualification Graduate / Postgraduate
2) Preferred Qualification Full Time Mechanical Engineering shall be completed from
recognized University
3) Experience 5 - 15 years

Desired Profile: Proficient with MS Office applications like MS Word MS Excel, MS PowerPoint etc. • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Piping related software.
