Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Fund Raising

Role & Responsibilities:

• Precise forecasting of funding requirements
• Close monitoring of companys fund position
• Efficient deployment of surpluses with the objectives of maximizing returns
• Mobilize funds at competitive terms and pricing

Key Functions & Responsibilities

Strategic

• Prepare funding plan and strategy in discussion with the Treasury Head.
• Prepare annual forecast cash flows in line with the business plan.
• Benchmark debt pricing and terms with Industry

Operational

• Prepare monthly cash flow budgets.
• Assist the Treasury Head in the Company's Fund Raising Program.
• Ensure all required information and documentation is provided /executed within timelines.
• Prepare and submit CMA, Stock Statements and related information to Banks.
• Provide necessary support in obtaining and managing Credit Ratings.
• Invest surplus funds in suitable investment avenues yielding highest possible returns.
• Monitor companys investments and ensure prudent management of the same.
• Monitor the Fund Position closely to ensure efficient deployment of funds and identify idle funds for investment.
• Ensure timely servicing of Debt.
• Monitor finance charges to ensure correctness of levy.
• Monitor and manage forex risks.
• Monitor Financial Covenants to ensure compliance

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA in Finance from premier institute / CA
• At least 3-8 years of relevant work experience
• Familiarity with real estate or construction sector desirable
