Manager / Deputy Manager - Procurement & Subcontracts

Objective:

For Procurement and Subcontract - CIVIL Packages

Key Responsibilities:

1. To be involved in finalization of Civil Packages. Experience in finalising Works Contract of Structural Works, Facade work, Windows and Doors, RMC and Batching Plant finalization, False Ceiling works, Excavation, Piling, Foundation, Painting, PRW etc.

2. Responsible for the evaluation & selection of Vendors, Rates negotiation.

3. To issue RFQ / Tenders, Techno-commercial evaluation, negotiations.

4. Responsible for drafting, review and finalization of agreements with Suppliers, Employers, Consulting agencies, Main Contract Agreements, Sub contractor agreements etc that are related to Engineering Projects & having good drafting skills.

5. Preparation of Management's approval proposals, various MIS Reports.

6. To ensure minimum lead time for delivery of materials at site.

7. Coordinate and good working relationship with Project, Design and all stakeholders.

Adherence to Procurement time-line. Working in ERP / SAP.
