Tele Sales Executive

Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Interior Design or Real Estate

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in real estate, interior design, or any service-related industry. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, following up on leads, and providing information about our services. You will also be required to maintain records and submit daily reports to the senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make calls to potential clients.

* Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information.

* Explain the services offered by the company and generate interest.

* Follow up with leads and convert them into sales or appointments.

* Maintain a database of customer interactions.

* Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the senior team.

* Prepare and submit daily call reports and performance summaries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Minimum 1 year of experience in tele calling, preferably in interior design or real estate.

* Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

* Strong ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally.

* Proficiency in MS Office.

* Good command in English and Hindi.

* A positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
