Patient Relation Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• To be fully conversant in all areas of front office.
• Meet and greet patients and visitors in a warm, respectful and courteous manner at all time.
• Provide efficient & effective administrative support.
• Deal with all front desk queries regarding hospital facilities or re-direct enquiries to the correct departments when needed.
• Carry out all types of billing activities.
• Prepare MIS reports.
• Answering multi-line phone and transferring calls to direct and departments
• Computer skills
• Communication skills
• Multitasking

Preferred candidate profile:

Candidates must have prior experience in the healthcare sector
