Mis Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and understand client inquiries and requirements to prepare accurate and competitive quotations that meet their needs.
  
• Prepare and customize quotations according to the unique requirements and preferences of each client.
  
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide the best possible solutions.
  
• Collaborate with the sales and procurement teams to ensure the quotations meet both
  client expectations and company standards.
  
• Ensure all quotations are prepared and delivered within the required timeframes.
  
• Ensure all quotations are accurate, comprehensive, and reflect the correct pricing,
  terms, and product specifications
  
• Maintain an organized database of all quotations for easy retrieval and reference.
  
• Assist the sales team in negotiations by providing insights and clarifications on the
  quotation details.
  

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate.
  
• Proven experience in preparing and managing quotations, preferably in the hospitality
  industry.
  
• Strong knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
  
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  
• Ability to understand and interpret client requirements and translate them into
  accurate quotations.
  
• Problem-solving mind-set with a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
  
• Experience in the hospitality products sector is a plus.
