Senior Associate - Employer Branding

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal communication plans to promote the employer brand.
• Create engaging content about company culture, work environment, and employee experiences.
• Organize and participate in internal events, workshops, and team-building activities.
• Collaborate with HR to align employer branding strategies with recruitment goals.
• Manage the company's career site, social media profiles, and other recruitment channels.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of employer branding strategies and campaigns.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in employer branding and make recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Communications teams to ensure consistency in the company's image and messaging
