Marketing And Sales Coordinator- Industrial/Mechanical Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate marketing and sales activities to ensure alignment between teams and successful execution of campaigns.
• Prepare and manage tender documents, including responding to tenders and preparing bids and proposals for clients.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to prepare presentations, promotional materials, and other sales support documents. Analyze customer requirements and assist in tailoring product/service offerings to match their needs.
• Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Track and report on sales performance, tender outcomes, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
• Organize and schedule meetings, events, and presentations for the sales team. Assist in market research and competitive analysis to help drive sales strategies. Coordinate logistics for product demonstrations, trade shows, and other promotional events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and quality standards in all tendering and sales processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in marketing, sales coordination, or tendering (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Detail-oriented with excellent document management skills. Knowledge of tendering procedures and bid preparation
• 2 to 7 Years experience in Marketing / Sales Coordination / Tendering in Industrial Equipments Products and Projects
