Team Lead - (Accounts Payable,Accounts Receivable, General Accounting)

Band - 4A/4B

• Manage delivery of AP, AR and GL services as per the agreement
• First level escalation for process owners
• Suggest & innovate strategies to maximize benefits
• Liaison with Quality team for process adherence & enhancement
• Conduct quarterly Process Certifications to reduce performance & knowledge variation
• Handle process compliance & governance
• Customer orientation
• Forecast process performance against defined SLAs & maintain agreed service levels
• Manage the knowledge Repository for the process & update it timely

Experience and Qualification

• University graduate/ Post Graduate with 8-10 years of education
• with 5+ years of prior work experience in AP processes / AR process / GL process
• Strong team leading and motivational skills, performance reporting and tracking, derive performance improvement ideas
• Ability to multi task, prioritize activities & meeting deadlines
• Good Analytical & Aptitude Skills
• Experience in ERPs like SAP/ORACLE preferable
