Title: Lead Applied ML Engineer (Remote working)

Role:

As the Lead Applied ML Engineer, you will be responsible for spearheading our AI/ML initiatives, leveraging your 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML projects at scale. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and scaling AI/ML solutions, with a particular emphasis on Natural Language Processing (NLP). Your expertise in NLP will be crucial in driving innovation and excellence within our AI capabilities. Additionally, your proficiency in ML Ops tools, such as Sagemaker, will ensure efficient deployment and management of ML models.

Responsibility:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions, focusing on NLP applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and requirements for AI/ML integration
• Mentor and guide Applied ML Engineers in best practices for AI/ML project execution
• Implement and optimize ML Ops processes to streamline model deployment and management
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies, integrating them into our projects as appropriate

Job Specification

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Years of Experience: 6 to 8 Years

Must Have skills: Handling AI/ ML projects (min. 5 years), NLP, Python programming, MLOps tools- particularly Sagemaker

Skill sets:

• 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML projects, with a strong emphasis on NLP
• Proficiency in Python and experience with ML Ops tools, particularly Sagemaker
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen analytical mindset
• Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of leading successful AI/ML initiatives
