Job Title: Account Executive - Hotel Accounting (US)

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Executive specializing in Hotel Accounting for the US market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality finance, a deep understanding of hotel accounting practices, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with hotel clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, financial acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our hotel partners.

Shift Timings:- 3.00 PM to 12.00 AM

Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of detailed financial reports for hotel clients, including revenue statements, expense reports, and profit and loss statements. Provide insights and analysis to clients on their financial performance.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with hotel clients to develop and monitor annual budgets. Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and variance analysis.

Accounts Receivable and Payable: Manage hotel accounts receivable and payable processes. Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. Tax Compliance: Work closely with hotel clients to ensure compliance with tax regulations. Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns for hotels.

Cost Control: Implement and monitor cost control measures for hotels to optimize profitability. Identify opportunities for operational efficiency.

Financial Analysis: Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide strategic recommendations to hotel clients based on financial insights. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement in hotel accounting practices. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in hotel accounting or hospitality finance.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and accounting software.
• Strong understanding of US accounting principles and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in night shift.
