Brand Development Manager

Role & responsibilities:-

1. Brand Strategy & Market Positioning:

• Develop and implement branding strategies to position the company as a trusted name in the rice export industry.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive positioning.
• Create and maintain brand guidelines for consistent messaging and visuals across all platforms.

2. Marketing & Digital Presence:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO, email marketing, content marketing) to enhance global reach.
• Oversee the development of marketing collaterals, product catalogs, packaging, and promotional materials.
• Manage and optimize the companys website, social media presence, and online reputation.

3. Business Development & International Expansion:

• Identify and build relationships with international buyers, distributors, and trade organizations.
• Participate in global trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B meetings to promote the brand.
• Develop strategic partnerships for market entry and expansion in key regions.

4. Product Branding & Quality Assurance:

• Work closely with R&D and operations teams to ensure high-quality product packaging and branding for export markets.
• Oversee compliance with export regulations, labeling, and certifications for international trade.
• Develop unique brand messaging that highlights the companys commitment to quality and authenticity.

5. Sales & Revenue Growth Support:

• Align branding efforts with sales and distribution strategies to drive revenue.
• Monitor sales performance, customer insights, and ROI of marketing campaigns.
• Work with the sales team to develop marketing materials for client engagement.

6. Data Analytics & Reporting:

• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to refine branding strategies.
• Track KPIs, lead generation metrics, and campaign performance.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on brand performance.

Preferred candidate profile:- Candidate must have at least 10 year working Experience in Brand Development.
