AGM Engineering/Maintenance

Role & responsibilities :-

* To coordinate with production dept for execution of maintenance activities.

* To execute preventive maintenance as per schedule.

* To arrange & follow up with purchase for spare parts as per requirement.

* New ideas for spare parts Indigenous development.

* Execution of new projects as per schedule.

* Execution of new ideas of energy conservation in plant.

* Implementation of small improvement at work place for better efficiency.

* Planning and monitoring of maintenance activities.

* Planning, Monitoring of Various ongoing projects.

* Tracking Daily Progress Report of Projects & MIS Preparation.

* Maintenance of Engineering & Utilities Machines of Textile Plant

* Spare management and budget planning.

* Implementing cost reduction ideas and efficiency improvement of men and machines to get
maximum output.

* Ensuring safety at work place.

* Strong involvement & Execution Capabilities Meeting the targets.

* Complete End to End Project Planning & Execution.

* Day to day Coordinate & follow up with Various Stakeholders as per requirement.

* Studying the Offers, drawings, BOQ and prepare comparison.

* Monitoring Budgetary Limits for Cost, Breakdown Time, Compliances etc. & Maintaining all
Records thereof.

* Energy Conservation & Improvement activities implementation.

* Execution of Projects as assigned.

Preferred candidate profile :- Experience in Textile Industry
