Designation: Sales & Service Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing of all type of after sales services of industrial equipment like Air Compressors, Dryers, CNG Dispensers, and Parker Products etc.
• Coordination and Managing customer and SECPL field team for comprehensive projects like supply and services for PAN India Ops.
• Responsible for BU performance Like Customer contact, Target vs achieve, Day to day reporting and analysis including inventory.
• Provide Operation and Technical Support to the Sales & Service team to achieve smooth business operation.
• Coordination with Principals / OEMs, Customers, Internal Dept.
• To assist Management for Overall business need and performance with reporting and suggest improvement for long term sustainability.

Qualification:

BE / B.tech in Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering.

Experience:

Min. 5 to 6 years experience as a service manager for after-sales services of capital equipment like Compressors, Generators etc.
