- Network Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance to ensure smooth operations and optimize network performance.
- Troubleshooting: Analyze, test, and resolve network issues.
- Installation & Configuration: Install hardware/software, set up user accounts, and configure networks.
- Security: Ensure system security and manage antivirus protection.
- Support & Training: Provide technical support and train staff on new systems.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor network usage and document processes.
- Planning & Recovery: Plan network upgrades and implement disaster recovery procedures.
