Area Sales Manager- Medical Business (Infra)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain outstanding relationships with Stryker s new and existing customers and drives recurrent sales cycles and continuous growth.
• Cultivate new sales opportunities alongside the Regional Sales Manager, alongside planning and executing a quarterly and annual business plan, identifying existing revenue streams, and driving acquisitions across the territory.
• Manage capital sales cycles for high value products. Provide consistent and timely reporting of key account activities, forecasts, and other ad-hoc reports.
• Provide surgeons and operating room staff with training and use of our Stryker s products.
• Attend sales training meetings, trade shows and other internal and external events to promote and give visibility to the companies products.
• Achieve territory financial targets through effective customer management and new business development.

What you need

Required:

• Bachelor degree in business, science or similar field
• 5 to 10 years of sales experience into hospital infra like ( OT lights, Beds & other equipments )
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
• English full professional proficiency
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel
