Role & responsibilities

• Over all & Focus Models Sell-out Target vs Achievement on monthly basis.
• Primary Target vs Achievement. Secondary Sales Target vs Achievement.
• Channel Partner (MD) Management and alignment with Organization Business goals.
• Management of Company Frontline sales team (KAM, TSM, TL) for better results to achieve monthly sales targets (Sellout, Secondary, Focus Models Sellout & WOD coverage)
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential outlets and increase Active WOD count in territory.
• NPL planning & its effective Execution.
• Business Creativity with integrity & business Hygiene. (Initiatives at work to improve self & team efficiency).
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth and share feedback to reporting Manager.
• Increase VBA Productivity in the mapped market along minimizing VBA attrition.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Provide guidance and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance on regular basis.
• Manage and resolve conflict in the mapped market.
• Enhancing the Channel partner & Sales team Satisfaction at work by maintaining healthy ROI & Better earnings through Incentives respectively.
• To keep the business integrity at highest possible levels both with partners & within team.
• To ensure timely settlement of Retailer monthly & other claims by channel partners-MDs.
