Manager/Assistant Manager- Placements

Job Responsibilities:

Corporate Relations & Networking:

• Engage with prospective companies to schedule interviews and organize campus placement drives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate HR professionals to facilitate recruitment opportunities.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing HR partners to secure repeat placements and internships.
• Leverage industry connections to secure placement and internship opportunities.

Student Career Services:

• Provide career counseling and grooming services to enhance students' employability.
• Conduct mock interviews and assist students in interview preparation.

Corporate Engagement Activities:

• Organize guest lectures, student training sessions, and workshops to enhance industry exposure.

Placement & Internship Goals:

• Achieve or exceed placement and internship targets as per departmental requirements.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Develop reports, social media content, brochures, and other written materials to highlight placement activities and achievements.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate/masters degree in management (BBA/MBA preferred).
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in the placement function within the education industry.
• Prior experience handling university placements is highly preferred.
• Strong corporate networking and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
