Designation National Operations Manager ESG (Candidates from ESG / Sustainability domain preferred)

Brief Job Description

• Manage all Technical Resources and ensure that they are technically competent, calibrated and qualified to perform the Advisory and Assurance projects.
• ESG consulting and reporting engagements by leveraging knowledge and experience in International Reporting Standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD, BRSR, CDP, CDSB, UNPRI, SDG, etc.);
• GHG Verification as per ISO 14064-3, PCF as per ISO 14067 and development as well as validation of SBTi targets;
• ESG, Climate Change, Decarbonization, and Sustainability projects, with Indian and global organizations and
• BRSR as well as sustainability Assurance projects
• Identification of New services that shall be rolled out and ensuring qualification of technical resources for performing the projects
• Ensuring uniform documentation and timely review of processes, documentation, protocols for existing and new products/services
• Ensure that all projects are executed in alignment with the defined documentation and protocols for existing and new products/services
• Ensuring that technically reviewed deliverables are sent out to the client
• Coordinate closely with the National Sales Manager and the Sales Team to ensure adequate execution bandwidth and >80% utilization of all technical resources every month.
• Coordinate and work closely with the National Sales Manager to ensure that the monthly revenue forecast is met through timely execution of deliverables responsible for revenue generation.
• Involves team management, mentoring and grooming of junior members of the team as the function continues to grow.
• Development and review of proposals and signing off on the technical aspects of proposal templates for clients as required, in compliance with SGS Indian and Global templates.
• Experience in management of invoice generation, payment collection and closure across the life cycle of a signed contract.
• At all times, adopt a safe behavior by exercising due regard for the health and safety of SGS employees and clients, in line with SGS policies and procedures.
