Position: Finance Intern

Stipend: Upto ₹10,000 per month

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Duration: 6 Months

Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our team. As a Finance Intern, you will assist the finance department in managing financial transactions, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with various accounting and tax regulations. You will gain hands-on experience working with financial software like Tally, GST calculations, and Excel, while contributing to the smooth functioning of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in maintaining and updating financial records in Tally, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, and journal entries.

- Support the finance team in preparing GST returns, ensuring compliance with the Goods and Services Tax laws.

- Help with month-end and year-end financial reporting, ensuring accurate data entry and account management.

- Assist in preparing Excel-based reports, data analysis, and financial summaries as required by the management.

- Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, organizing financial documents, and maintaining spreadsheets.

- Support the finance team in ad-hoc tasks, as required.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in Tally for accounting and financial record-keeping.

- Knowledge of GST concepts, filing, and tax calculations.

- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, data analysis).

- Basic understanding of financial accounting principles.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.

- Good organizational and time-management skills.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the team.

- Enthusiastic to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

- Completed a degree in Finance, Commerce, or related fields.

- Previous internship or academic projects involving accounting or finance is a plus.
