Business Development Manager

We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

• Ensuring that brand awareness within an assigned territory meets company expectations.

• Traveling throughout assigned territory to maintain solid relationships with customers by ensuring that their needs are met and resolving complaints in a timely manner.

• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events. Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

• Experience in sales or marketing

• Five years proven track record in business sales or related market

• Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting
