Role & responsibilities
It would be a multi-faceted role, involving the following:
1. Office Administration - Upkeep, coordination with related agencies - housekeeping, security, maintenance of office - repairs, replacement, electricity, water, etc., ensuring smooth office operation.
2. Labour Related - Attendance in office and sites, ensuring processes followed in leave, holidays, etc. Maintenance of records - manual and computerized for certain processes. Liaison with authorities if needed.
3. Client Coordination - for ensuring availability of engineers, running and maintenance personnel, invoice submissions, follow up for collections, first level dispute resolution, etc.
Preferred candidate profile
A Senior officer from a Security, Housekeeping, Maintenance Industry, who can the handle multi-faceted role. Experience in Armed Services/Security Agency would be an added advantage.
