Role & responsibilities:
- Work closely with the CMO on planning & execution of the brands digital marketing plan to drive traffic and revenue on the brands own online channel (website + brandstore web and app).
- PPC Drive customer acquisition through optimal media mix and campaigns (google, meta, etc.
- SEO Drive customer acquisition through SEO efforts on-site and off-site efforts, including GMB listings.
- Marketing automation Drive customer retention via marketing automation platform, using a mix of campaigns (emailers + WhatsApp + + SMS + push notifications).
- UI and UX Working closely with website and brand store tech teams for content updates, for optimizing the online customer journey and experience, for necessary integrations complementing customer acquisition and retention efforts.
- Tie-ups and Alliances with our tech brands/platforms to help drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Social media Drive follower base growth via relevant campaigns and spends.
- Agencies / Partners Management.
- Website and brandstore tech platform partners.
- Digital agency (for SEO + PPC + Retention campaigns planning and execution).
- Marketing automation platform partner.
- Data analytics platform partner.
Administrative:
- Reports management periodic reports on all key metrics across various digital marketing efforts.
- Financial management budget utilization, negotiation with vendors, invoicing.
- Coordination with other internal depts IT, finance, sales-operations team.
Preferred candidate profile:
- MBA / Post-Graduate in Marketing (focus on Digital Marketing ).
- Digital marketing experience for B2C categories/business at a D2C brand of years prior experience: 5-8 years.
- Sound fundamentals of consumer marketing and brand building.
- Project management skills w.r.t working with a multitude of internal stakeholders and external partners, seeing through a project / task through all stages of planning and execution.
- Strong analytical skills, very comfortable with data and numbers.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience of Google Analytics (GA), meta and google ad platform panels, marketing automation platforms, other online tools.
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken) and strong working knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
