Senior Analyst - Financial Modelling

Purpose: Support our specialized Financial Modelling and Valuation services tailored for various clients, working in close collaboration with all the stakeholders in the deal value chain. 

Responsibilities:

Develop complex financial models including detailed 3 statement forecasting, multiple scenario analysis, capital structure modeling, LBO and merger modeling.

Conduct in-depth valuation analysis using various methodologies such as DCF, comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions.

Prepare comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, validate assumptions, and ensure accuracy of financial models.

Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and macroeconomic factors to provide insights into potential risks and opportunities.

Assist in financial planning and budgeting processes, including scenario analysis and sensitivity testing.

Continuously identify process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of financial analysis and reporting.

Experience & Skills

A bachelors degree in mathematics, accounting, or finance; master's degree, CFA, or diploma in financial planning.

3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Excellent Excel skills or experience with similar spreadsheet software, including the use of charts, macros, and VBA.

Knowledge of accounting concepts and a solid understanding of financial analysis terminology and best practices, such as DCF and financial statements.

Knowledge of databases such as Bloomberg, CapIQ, Pitchbook

A keen eye for detail and an ability to sift through large data sets to extract meaningful information.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment.

Proven experience in acting as a senior point of contact for clients.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
