Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall marketing objectives and target audience. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success.
• Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats. Ensure the content reflects the brand's voice and values.
• Community Management: Manage and moderate the company's social media accounts and engage with the audience through comments, messages, and mentions. Foster a positive and responsive community to build strong brand loyalty.
• Social Media Advertising: Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
• Social Listening: Monitor conversations and trends on social media to gain insights into customer behavior, sentiment, and industry developments. Use this information to inform marketing strategies and improve brand perception.
• Analytics and Reporting: Utilize social media analytics tools to track and measure the performance of social media campaigns. Prepare regular reports showcasing key metrics and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Influencer Marketing: Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand the brand's reach and target specific audiences. Manage influencer relationships and track the effectiveness of influencer campaigns.
• Social Media Calendar: Create and maintain a content calendar, ensuring a consistent posting schedule that aligns with marketing campaigns and events.
• Stay Updated with Trends: Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and apply them to improve the company's social media efforts continually.
• Crisis Management: Respond promptly and professionally to any social media crisis or negative feedback, resolving issues and maintaining the brand's reputation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Demonstrated experience in creating engaging social media content.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and tracking tools.
• Proficiency in using social media management and scheduling tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Understanding of SEO and content marketing is a plus. SEO tools knowledge like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Facebook pixel and GTM.
• Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a bonus.
