Report Developer Associate

Role & responsibilities:

• We are seeking a fresh Graduate and dynamic Data Analyst, helping to shape data driven insights and enhance business performance across our organization.
• You will play a key role in developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance management solutions, ensuring that business units, senior executives, and the C-suite have access to the critical data needed to drive informed decisions.
• In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building powerful dashboards using industry-leading visualisation tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
• Your expertise in manipulating large datasets will enable you to create high-quality reporting and visuals that translate complex analysis into easy-to-understand concepts for key stakeholders.
• From automating reporting solutions to implementing cutting-edge platforms and tools, your contributions will directly influence business outcomes, performance tracking, and decision-making processes.

Preferred candidate profile:

• A strong understanding in data analytics, with a focus on building data integration and visualisation solutions.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to manipulate complex and large datasets.
• Extensive experience with BI tools such as PowerBI & Cognos
• Advanced knowledge of data models, integration architectures, and best practices in data visualisation.
• Expertise in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• A passion for driving data literacy, sharing knowledge, and supporting self-serve reporting capabilities.
• A deep understanding of data governance, quality, and lineage challenges and the ability to develop solutions for these.
