Manager /Senior Manager/ AGM -Legal

Role & responsibilities :

Handling Arbitration matters end-to-end

- Attending all legal matters (Courts, Tribunals etc)

- Preparation / Reply to the Legal Notices



- Preparation of Agreements viz JV Agreement, Sub-contract Agreement, Settlement Agreements etc

- Closely working with project execution team to identify and advice them on disputed contractual matters

- Closely working with project execution team to review claims, defend / reply to the same when received from others

- Closely working with project execution team to identify potential risk areas and advice suitable action plans

- Preparation, review and finalization of correspondence to be made with the Clients / JV Partners / Sub-contractors
