Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (Automation and Manual Testing)

Key Responsibilities.

Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers in both manual and automated testing efforts.

Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for complex software projects.

Design, create, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Reviews of test automation scripts and test cases.

Identify and implement process improvements in the QA workflow.

Manage and prioritize testing activities across multiple projects.

Required Skills And Qualifications.

5+ years of experience in software testing, including both manual and automated testing.

Proven experience in leading the QA teams.

Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, TestComplete).

Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).

Experience with API testing and tools like Postman, SoapUI.

Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills.

Experience with cloud testing platforms (e.g., Sauce Labs, Browser Stack).

Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).

Experience with version control systems like git.

ISTQB certification or equivalent.

Experience in mobile application testing.
