Job Title: Inside Sales Associate

Location: Noida, Bengaluru
Job Type: Full-time (in Office)
Job Summary: We are seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the internal sales process and leveraging the CRM system (HubSpot) to drive efficiency and success. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring seamless client communication. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and sales acumen will be instrumental in building lasting relationships with our clients and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Manage the internal sales process, including lead qualification, proposal generation, and follow-ups
Manage HubSpot to track sales activities and maintain client/deal database
Develop and present compelling proposal and solution decks by collaborating with cross-functional departments
Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Actively participate in meetings, contribute to discussions, and maintain records.
Manage cadence activities and meeting scheduling with internal and external stakeholders
Candidate requirements
Undergraduate Degree
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Client/Customer-facing roles. Preferably, Account Manager, Inside Sales, and Project Management.
Knowledge or previous experience of the Shopify ecosystem
Previous experience of working with an agency
Proficiency in using CRM systems, with a preference for experience with HubSpot Collaborative team player with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Prior experience in sales is a plus
