About the job:
Key Responsibilities;
- Accountable to drive strategic financial planning by preparing forecasts and analyzing cash flow trends and budgets.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast and evaluate financial risks and assist in long-term financial planning and budget management.
- Oversee financial reporting, including preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Prepare financial reports for investors, board members, and other stakeholders.
- Support fundraising efforts, including financial modeling, due diligence, and investor presentations.
- Establish KPIs to monitor financial performance and improve efficiency.
- Manage cash flow and working capital to support growth initiatives.
- Develop policies to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's / master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CA, or CFA preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in finance roles, preferably in CA firms, start-ups, or high-growth environments.
- Expertise in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
