Job Description
- Generating/working on new leads Handling Sales in the Real Estate domain connecting clients, briefing them about projects understanding their requirement.
- Regular Site visits and follow-up with prospective clients.
- Understand the core values of the company and its goals.
- Research the market and related products for possible business opportunities.
- Present the product favourably and in a structured professional way face to face.
- Create a network of channel partners in the designated area and establish relationships with them
- Maintain and Develop relationships with channel partners in person and via telephone calls and e-mails.
- Respond to incoming e-mail and Phone enquiries.
- Act as a contact between our company and its existing and potential markets.
- Overall responsibility for Sales/Account Management/Sales targets to maximise revenue and meet targets.
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals.
- Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
- Comparing properties in the same area and deriving a comparison thereof.
- Suggesting properties with USPs to buyer and resolving their queries.
- Responsible for Sales and Marketing activities for specific Project(s).
- Building Client Relationships and coaching New Team Members
Requirements/Skills:
- Experience or willingness to work in Real Estate sales (Residential / Commercial projects)
- Strategic thinking and data-driven decision making
- Ability to engage and collaborate with others
- Commitment to providing the best customer service
- Proactive mindset, with a strong orientation to drive business results in an agile manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, pleasing personality, target-oriented person.
